Rolls-Royce 1962 Silver Cloud II Convertible by H.J. Mulliner
1962 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II Convertible by H.J. Mulliner
This is an exceptionally nice example having had only two owners from new. It was first purchased by W. Miles Cary, Jr in California. In 1968, LSAE19 was bought from him in Los Angeles and driven to Scottsdale, AZ where it remained until now.
Painted Old-English white with maroon interior this later series Cloud II has split seats like a Silver Cloud III. Odometer shows 67,300 and I think it's true.
Comes with most of the tools and the owner's handbook.
The last owner died and not sure if I will get all of his records, but the factory build sheets are on the way.
Mechanically very strong and rust free. The air conditioning works very well.
Reasonably priced at $195,000 reflecting the current market.
The pictures of the blue car at the bottom are of a 1961 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II Convertible by H.J. Mulliner (LSAE9) that was bought on February 7, 2009 at Bohnam's Automobiles d'Exception a Retromobile, Paris for over $387,000 US. The odometer reads only 19,000 miles, but upon inspection it can be concluded that LSAE9 most likely has 119,000 miles. When compared to our Cloud II Convertible for sale, LSAE19, one can see that our asking price of $195,000 US is quite reasonable.
