1967 Oldsmobile 442 L78 400 A/C Frame-Off Concourse 33k Actual Miles Amazing

This 1967 Oldsmobile 442 has an incredible history with it. The original Owner Mr. Parks purchased this car brand new upon returning home from Viet Nam. When he passed away, his parents kept the car. It was never to be sold until the parents passed away. Mr James Tuma purchased the car from the Estate of Mr and Mrs. Parks. When Mr. Tuma purchased the car, it was an excellent survivor car with only 33,239 Actual Miles on the car. The documentation was extensive on the car. Mr Tuma opted to make it a perfect example and has done an intensive frame off restoration with detail to every nut and bolt. Even the power train was restored to perfection.

The car was professionally appraised by Jeff Bennett for $75,000 and he said "It is my opinion there is not another one in existence this original, with numbers matching high performance engine, extensive documentation, and an articulated restoration."

As for the restoration, this was a no expense spared frame off restoration rebuilting every nut and bolt on the car. It is like a new car or better and the cost of building this car was approximately $97,000. There was approximately 1,247 hours invested in the restoration. The numbers matching drivetrain was expertly rebuilt as well. A W-30 cam was used in the build. Gardner Chambered Concourse exhaust was installed. The interior was redone all new by Legendary Interiors. All dash chrome was restored. All gauges were restored including the clock which still keeps accurate time.
