Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40. Finished in Sky Blue with a black soft top, this is a great-looking truck with some nice upgrades. Exterior appointments include a hi-lift jack and 7500 lb winch mounted on the front bumper, a custom rear bumper with integrated swing-away tire carrier and Yeti 45 cooler rack, LED headlights and new Pro Comp 33x12.50 Xterrain tires. Well-designed soft top by Specialty Top Company also include two-piece soft doors with storage pockets (you can unzip just the windows, or remove the entire upper portion of the doors -- see photos). These STC tops are no longer in production but this one remains in great shape.
The interior features comfortable and supportive Corbeau bucket seats up front with OEM jump seats in the back. Factory roll bar with three-point seat belts. Original gauges are all working. Nice audio setup with a Clarion AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth, USB and aux input plus an ARC Audio amp and Rockford Fosgate speakers and sub. The inclinometer on the dash is a nice touch.
Under the hood is a Chevrolet 350 cubic inch V8 mated to the original FJ40 four-speed manual transmission; the small-block Chevy is a nice upgrade in terms of power and performance over the factory inline six. The V8 starts easily and runs well; clutch and gearbox feel great. Power steering hadn't make it to an FJ40 yet in 1974 but it does have power brakes.
If you're looking for a great looking and driving FJ40 that won't break the bank, keep this one on your list. For more information about this 1974 Toyota LandCruiser FJ40 for sale at Motorcar Studio in Atlanta, please call 404-692-5250.
