These updates were credited with bringing “Porsche-like performance to the four cylinder 914. Porsche experts generally agree that the 1973 914 2.0L is the best performing and most desirable of all 914's.

This Porsche 914 was delivered with the rare “trim delete option” which consisted of elimination of the vinyl sail panels, replaces the chrome option bumpers with matte black and provided the optional Pedrini alloy wheels.
During the mechanical restoration the motor was rebuilt utilizing big bore piston and cylinder kit providing for an increase in displacement and horsepower.
