Why This Car Is Special
First generation Camaros are always popular and an SS tribute convertible is on every collector's list.
This 1967 Camaro is not just show winning looks. It is what's inside that counts. What is inside is a 350 CID V8 with GM Performance aluminum heads, aluminum GM intake, Holley 4-barrel carburetor, MSD Pro-Billet distributor, MSD ignition box, serpentine belt system and a ton of dress up parts. Those include pullies, brackets, water pump and air cleaner. The valve covers are done in blue that match the paint, and they look very cool. The shifting is handled by a Turbo 350 automatic that runs to a Ford 9” rear end. Full-length headers run to dual exhaust with Dynamax mufflers for a great muscle car sound. 4-wheel power disc brakes provide the stopping power, and power steering helps in handling those tight corners.
The interior is mostly stock with a few custom upgrades like a digital gauge cluster, B&M shifter, custom door panels tilt column and AM/FM/Cassette radio. The vinyl bucket seats with a center console are in great shape and have seat belts to keep you and your passengers safe. The white top is easily opened and closed with one person and has a matching boot that snaps on to cover it when it's down.
Stunning Deep Blue Metallic paint is set off with 5-spoke aluminum alloy wheels and BF Goodrich Radial TA tires. Front and rear spoilers give this Camaro the muscle car feel it deserves. The blue theme is carried through to the subframes and the front suspension components for a truly custom show look, even underneath. Tri-bar headlights, SS badging and an SS grill look great alongside the RS style rear valance and reverse lights.
