RM Sotheby’s is known for offering some of the most sought after vehicles in the classic industry. Their auction attracts collectors and enthusiasts from across the globe and regularly results in top dollar and record breaking sales.
RM’s latest sale at the Petersen Automobile Museum in Los Angeles California was no exception. The hammer fell at $22 Million dollars for this 1956 Ferrari 290 MM.
Ferrari’s often come out on top when talking about top dollar auction sales and the trend is expected to continue. The market predicts the a $100 Million Ferrari GTO is in the near future.
With the largest auction week in the world right around the corner, we wonder if the Scottsdale 2019 will deliver this prophecy. Either way, RM has an impressive collection of classic Ferraris that we all expect to bring big money.
