When I think of the members of traditional car clubs, I envision enthusiasts that grew up living and breathing cars. They worked on them with their parents when they were youngsters, tinkered with their first classic in high school, they started their first “collection” after college, etc.
But there is a less traditional type of enthusiast out there. Ones that don’t have the technical knowledge to work on their cars, but love classics all the same. And perhaps they are still unable to afford their first collector car, but crave then sensation of being behind the wheel.
In Los Angeles, there is a new car club that caters to this type of enthusiast. Garage 77 is a unique car club that offers their members a stable of classic cars to drive, without the hassle and cost of ownership.
